Help looking for a new hair style any ideas?

I have let my hair grow out long but now I want to cut it short. I am looking for a cute shaggy hair cut that is between the length of a pixie and a bob. Something that is textures with layers would be nice too. Any ideas for websites with great modern short hairstyles? Also I am 21 so nothing suited for an older woman.
