I currently have medium-long hair (just past shoulders). It has been thinned, layered, but I don't have a fringe. I have dark blond/copper blond hair, and have a pale complection with freckles, and green eyes. I need a new hair cut, low maintenance. I usually only have my hair down, or in a pony tail, so i need an update. I am only 20, so I am fine with cutting it short.Need a new hair style?
