I want a new hair style?

I am not thinking of dying it but I am blonde if that makes a difference. My hair is mid length to long and I want to keep that length I just want a different style so that I have more volume on the top of my hair, and less on the ends if you get what I mean? any links would be ideal so I could show my hair dresser thanks!!!I want a new hair style?
