New hair style, to match my personal style?

So right now my hair is a medium-ish brown, it's layered quite a bit, and the longest reaches to about the center of my back, the shortest between my ear and my chin. I also have bangs, they're pretty thick and just go straight across, pretty much covering my eyebrows.

I just don't feel like this is me. I've tried a bunch of things, changing my color, different bangs, layered/not layered, and I don't really know.

I want something that matches me. My closet is pretty much filled with lots of jeans [mostly skinny] with some shorts, and a lot of graphic tees. I wear mostly like converses, high tops, etc. I very rarely wear dresses, but I do wear some, that are usually pretty bright colors.

I was thinking I wanted to grow my bangs out, and maybe do side-swept... but what do you think would look best with my current style.

By the way, my skin is pretty pale, I don't know if I would want to go much darker than I am now with color.New hair style, to match my personal style?
that sounds like my style and i would say that you could do like and inch below the collarbone and do like wispy layers and maybe do like a few small barely noticeable highlights just to add a little coloring that'd be coolNew hair style, to match my personal style?
