If you aren't getting the results that you need while teasing hair, and you're using a comb...





...what you need to do is get rid of that comb. You're not going to do anything but damage your hair with a comb, and you're definitely not going to get as much volume with it as with this method.





What you need is a round bristled brush.





Take your top layer (or whatever you're teasing), and hold it up like you would as if you were teasing your hair with a comb. Place the brush on the tips of your hair and push down towards your roots, and then repeat. It'll create a little nest of hair and give you volume out of this world.





Just style however you want to style it.
