what type of curly hair do you have?

if it is kinda long i would cut it and make it kinda spikey but still with some curl. like it is curly and a little spikey.
go see your hairdresser they know best
Don't go too short because it will kink in a strange way.

Try having a few layers cut into it to give it more shape or try having an angled fringe that you can straighten - it will look funky against the curls.

Or just simply search google for whatever exatly you want.
get a short curly look or try a style putting it up,bend over brush .wrap a rubber band around it fluff it .or comb it over to side .
use straighteners for a different look you can always wash it back to curls
Have crop and put your curls in a box ! ....lol
try straightning your hair,when you want the curlys back just wash it and go.
