try a fashion mullet. I have one, and I'm always getting compliments on my hair! don't get the layers cut too short though or it will look weird.

if you don't want a fashion mullet, then try getting layers to the bottom of your ear and using styling product like pomade or BedHead Manipulator on pieces of your shortest layers to make them really defined. it will make your hair look super layered and choppy without actually taking length off!
