Go to www.photobucket.com and create an account. Upload the pics you want, then go back to your main page. Put your cursor on top of the pic you want to put on here, a box will pop up. Select and copy the HTML code (3rd one down) then come to yahoo and paste in in your question. Sorry I misunderstood your last question. Thought you wanted to change your default pic on here.
