first of all she's ten years old. There shouldnt be anything';Hot'; about her hairstyle, stick to a cute ponytail or pigtails, your pick.
i really never cared about how i looked at ten years old...and if she is in the popular crowd (read other question...) and really thinks her friends will stop liking her...she has NO friends...so maybe just cute pigtails and maybe straightening it every once in a while. but no ten year old should look ';totally hot';
Give her a ponytail and call it a day. The terms ';hot'; and ';10 years old'; don't belong in the same sentence.
Just wear cute head bands or scarfs in your hair with side swept bangs.

First, get your daughter highlights for her hair. there totally awesome for alot of ppl. i got some in my hair, alot of ppl have them at my school too though. highlights should be cool enough for her.
