Can anyone give me some ideas for a new hair style?

My hair is about 1 inch past my shoulders and its getting dry.

So I am getting a hair cut next week, but i don't know what to do with it.

I'm not getting it cut too short though. I just want something new.Can anyone give me some ideas for a new hair style?

From the picture it doesnt really look that bad, actually kinda cute. Maybe more layers? or a have it hang inward just below your chin?
